The MUSC Global Health Week poster session welcomes abstracts in all areas of global health. Submitted abstracts must be in narrative form, with a maximum word count of 300 words (excluding the abstract title). The submitting author is expected to attend the event and present the poster, and must obtain pre-approval from any co-authors prior to submitting the abstract.
To ensure that their work is connected to outcomes related to global health, authors must clearly establish a connection between their work and global health outcomes. The evaluation committee will consider various factors such as originality, presentation, relevance, quality, and clarity when reviewing submissions.
Authors will be notified of acceptance by March 29, and detailed instructions on poster preparation will be sent with the abstract acceptance notice. To be included in the poster session, abstracts must adhere to guidelines and provide a clear connection to global health outcomes.
