FOX 25 partners with Science Museum Oklahoma to host Storm Safety Day

FOX 25 and Science Museum Oklahoma have joined forces to increase residents’ awareness of weather-related safety. This Saturday, Storm Safety Day will be held at the museum from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. FOX 25’s Chief Meteorologist, Jack Gerfen, will host live shows at 11 A.M., 1 P.M., and 3 P.M. to provide valuable weather information. Additionally, there will be activity and information tables staffed by the National Weather Service, Oklahoma City’s Office of Emergency Management, and the American Red Cross. Visitors can also participate in hands-on science experiences led by SMO’s museum educators, exploring topics such as wind, electricity, and air pressure. All activities and demonstrations are free with admission.
