Indian Company Sets New World Record with 123-Foot Long Dosa

MTR Foods, an Indian food company, recently marked its 100th anniversary by creating a massive dosa that measured just over 123 feet long. The company gathered a team of 75 chefs, all led by Chef Regi Mathews, to cook up the savory crepe at their factory in Bommasandra, Bangalore. This dosa broke the previous Guinness World Record for the longest dosa, which was a 54-foot, 8.69-inch dosa cooked in Hyderabad, Telangana, in 2014.

Chef Regi Mathews proudly shared the news on social media, stating, “I’m thrilled to announce a historic milestone at MTR! Proudly celebrating the 100th anniversary with a Guinness World Records title for the longest dosa, measuring an incredible 123.03 feet.” This accomplishment showcases the dedication and skill of the chefs at MTR Foods, as well as the company’s commitment to producing quality Indian cuisine. The celebration of their centennial anniversary with this record-breaking dosa is a testament to MTR Foods’ success and longevity in the food industry.
