Jason Wormser has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of CW Sports. He will oversee all production aspects of The CW’s sports portfolio, which includes live events such as LIV Golf, ACC college football, men’s and women’s basketball, and the upcoming NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2025.

Wormser previously served as the Vice President of Production, Soccer, for Fox Soccer Channel, Fox, and FS1. He supervised broadcasting crews for the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the 2018 FIFA Men’s World Cup. In just one short year, The CW and Nexstar have already made significant strides by signing deals with LIV Golf, ACC football and basketball, Inside the NFL, and the NASCAR Xfinity Series, laying a solid foundation for growth and public awareness.
