For years, we have been heavily investing in AI technology, seeing it as the key to enhancing our search capabilities and improving our products. Our Search Generative Experience (SGE) is now available for testing in Search Labs, showcasing the progress we have made.
In December, we set a new standard with Gemini, which has become central to our Cloud and Workspace services as well as our popular subscription service Google One. With over 100 million subscribers, Google One is on the brink of achieving monumental success.
Gemini is more than just models; it supports an entire ecosystem that includes daily-used products and tools that help developers and businesses innovate. The largest model, Ultra 1.0, has surpassed human experts on MMLU (massive multitask language understanding), demonstrating its knowledge and problem-solving abilities in 57 subjects.
Today, we are excited to announce the launch of Gemini Advanced, which will be accessible through the new Google One AI Premium plan. This premium plan provides an all-in-one place for Google’s top AI features. Gemini Advanced offers capabilities in reasoning, following instructions, coding, and creative collaboration and can be used as a personal tutor or a creative partner. It will soon be available in a new Gemini app on Android and iOS devices.
