Grubhub, a leading online and mobile food ordering and delivery platform, has recently announced its integration with MENU Link, the marketplace order management system from ParTech, Inc. (PAR), a global restaurant technology company that provides unified commerce solutions for enterprise restaurants.
This integration allows restaurants to easily manage Grubhub delivery and pickup orders directly within PAR Brink POS, PAR’s innovative cloud-based point-of-sale system. By seamlessly integrating Grubhub with MENU Link, restaurants can streamline their operations for kitchen and front-of-house staff.
MENU Link automatically syncs menu items, pricing, and other order information between PAR Brink POS® and Grubhub. This feature eliminates the need for manual data entry by sending incoming orders directly to the restaurant’s kitchen without staff needing to manually enter them. This not only reduces errors but also saves time for restaurant managers who can now easily access robust reporting on all Grubhub orders.
Savneet Singh, CEO of ParTech Inc., stated that the surge in delivery services has drastically changed how people experience food among millennials and Gen Z. He added that with this integration, restaurants can now tackle head-on the challenges of managing multiple apps by providing centralized control over their menus and dynamic pricing for different channels through MENU Link. This unified approach eliminates confusion, costly errors and duplicative work that often comes with managing multiple tablets from various delivery services.
