Stockdale Investment Partners Acquires Three Properties in Arizona from Banner Health

Stockdale Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles, has recently taken over properties containing outpatient clinics owned by Banner Health in the Phoenix region. The properties include a 20,400-square-foot clinic in Mesa, Ariz., a 39,500-square-foot clinic in Queen Creek, Ariz., and a 20,400-square-foot clinic in Gilbert, Ariz.

As part of the deal, Stockdale will rent the properties back to Banner Health, which will continue its medical operations at the sites. According to a representative for Banner Health, monetizing real estate is an important financial strategy for the non-profit organization, allowing for the allocation of funds to other projects.

Stockdale Capital Partners has acquired four medical office buildings since starting out and has a current pipeline of active property acquisitions across the United States. The firm’s news release states that the Healthcare Fund at Stockdale will remain on the lookout for promising real estate investment opportunities nationwide. In particular, the fund is focused on acquiring properties that meet the growing demand for outpatient healthcare services.

Banner Health is headquartered in Phoenix and is a non-profit health system with 30 hospitals in six different states and more than 50,000 employees.
