Bally Sports Southwest and Texas Rangers solidify broadcast partnership for 2024 season

The Texas Rangers have announced their television broadcast agreement for the 2024 season with Bally Sports Southwest. The regional sports network will produce and air 153 regular season games, as well as four spring training games. Games will also be available for streaming on the Bally Sports app and at BallySports.com.

The Rangers expressed their excitement for the upcoming year, as well as their continued work to enhance and expand how fans can view Texas Rangers baseball in the future. In a statement, the team thanked Bally Sports Southwest for their partnership and expressed their eagerness to begin the season.

Dave Raymond will return for his eighth season as lead TV play-by-play voice, while a rotation of analysts including former Rangers players David Murphy, Mike Bacsik Jr., and Dave Valle will help replace C.J. Nitkowski, who left the team’s booth this offseason after eight years with the franchise. Other members of the broadcast team include Jared Sandler, Emily Jones, and Lesley McCaslin as in-game reporters.

Bally Sports’ spring training coverage includes a game against the Cincinnati Reds on March 14th, a World Series rematch against the Arizona Diamondbacks on March 16th, a game against the Seattle Mariners on March 18th, and a matchup against the Boston Red Sox on March 25th. The network will begin its regular season coverage with the Rangers’ March 30 game against the Chicago Cubs at home.
