Wetteri finalizes retail agreement for Chinese electric cars

Weather, a car trading company, recently announced a reseller agreement with Nordcars Finland Oy for the resale of Dongfeng and Voyah electric cars in Finland. Although the exact value of the contract was not disclosed, Weather anticipates that this retail agreement will significantly increase its share in the national electric car market. The company plans to expand its electric car offering this year with 8-9 new fully electric and plug-in hybrid passenger car models.

With locations covering more than 80 percent of Finland’s Dongfeng and Voyah market potential, Weather has set a sales volume target of approximately 500 vehicles by 2024. In 2025, the company expects a significant increase in the brand’s sales volume with the expansion of the Dongfeng collection. CEO Aarne Simula commented that the company aims to meet the high-quality demand for electric cars at a more affordable price range with these new dealerships, offering new options for even demanding needs.
